Said it before, NCST has taken stalling to an art. Refs will not challenge


Their coach gets away with all his crap: stalling, un-sportsman call, in match official protests. He plays the refs like a violin. It makes me sick that he can get away with it. But he is the ACC coaching prima-donna.
